Naming, brand identity and marketing communications for The Forbury Place Estate: a pre-eminent business destination in the South East comprised of three buildings. With No.1 & 2, the aim for architects Aukett Fitzroy Robinson was to create façades that appear different from every angle. With their vision in mind, I and the team at Blast developed our marketing concept ‘however you view it’ to communicate the business and lifestyle benefits. We also drew from the buildings’ distinctive structural ‘diagrid’ for the design of the logo and identity. The scheme is the largest and most prestigious development to be undertaken in the region, and this aspiration was reflected in the marketing materials, which among others included hard back books for each building, a marketing suite and web site.
